My Bio
Hi. My name is Sabrina Stein. I am 14, and I am currently a freshman in high school. I live in Bergholz, OH with my mom, step-dad, and little brother.
Horses are my life, and without them, my life would be nothing. Horse was my first word and I began riding when I was 2. I do not own any horses, but I ride all the time. I ride both english and western, and I train in hunter jumping and western pleasure. I also trail ride a lot.
In my free time, I am usually playing with my kitten or watching TV. I also like to write my stories and draw and edit my pictures. When I go to college I plan to go to Sweet Briar College in Virginia where I will major in equine studies and ride on the interscholastic team.

Every year, approximately 100,000 American horses are crammed onto trailers and shipped across U.S. borders into Canada and Mexico, where they are slaughtered with inhumane methods, and then shipped overseas to wind up on plates in Europe and Asia where horsemeat is considered a delicacy.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Please make a brief, polite phone call to your two U.S. Senators and U.S. Representative, urging cosponsorship of the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act (S. 1176/H.R. 2966) and letting them know that you don't want taxpayers footing the bill for horse slaughter.
